According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, Mehdi Karbasian while
addressing 2nd Iran Mines and Mining Industries Summit noted the capacity
increase in steel, copper, aluminum, zinc,gold,etc.,and said that investment in
water, electricity, gas, ports, power plants and railroads are main priorities
of mine sector development in Iran. So, infrastructure issues are subject of
the first panel of this summit.
IMIDRO, Mine, Industry and Trade Ministry and Government will support
investment in new technologies in order to reduce energy consumption, he added.
Iran's vast Market
While addressing domestic and foreign investors Deputy Mine, Industry and
Trade Minister said: Iran is not only a 80- million market but also a market
with approximately 400 million population which will bring noticeable benefits
for investor companies.
The second Iran Mines and Mining Industries Summit kicks off here in Tehran
in December10,2016.I.R.Iran in presence of top directors of creditable mining
,mining industries, banking and finance affairs ,domestic and foreign
consulting companies and also various countries ambassadors in Iran.
